Hey everyone, I would like to start off by stating this is a ROOMMATE SITUATION with myself and another tenant. I have 2 rooms available for rent in a brand new townhome, located in Lebanon TN. It is about 5 minutes from Cumberland University, 7 minute drive to Downtown Lebanon and 25 minutes from Downtown Nashville. There is 1 room located downstairs, which would be fully furnished with a queen sized bed, a dresser and a nightstand. It is located on the first floor, along side of the kitchen, living room area, and a half bath across the hallway. It is a little smaller at 10ft by 11ft. I am asking for $900 a month for that room. The other room is located up stairs with the washer/dryer and a full bath around the corner from it. This room would be unfurnished and is a little bigger listed at 13ft 6in by 11ft. I am asking for $1000 for this room. It is a pretty ideal situation with the other tenant being polite, soft spoken and rarely leaving his room. As for myself, i am a working professional who travels about 50% of the time. With that being said, i am looking for a clean, respectful individual who knows how to live with others. Cleans up after themselves, knows the quiet time rules, so on and so forth. The lease runs month to month. However, i am hoping to find someone committed to a long term lease. The utilities (water, electric and internet) would be split into thirds.
