This is the largest one-bedroom unit available at University Commons. If you are over the typical college apartments, this is a room you will not want to miss out on! Unit 120 offers a large living room, a large island in the kitchen, a private parking space just for you, and electric heat/air conditioning. Compared to other apartments this is one of the quietest communities to live in, especially for college students. Noisy neighbors are non existent. Apartment will come unfurnished and cleaned thoroughly before move in. I am the tenant, however I need somebody to take over the upcoming lease as I will be graduating and will no longer need it. High speed internet and gas are covered, but tenant covers water and electric which are typically pretty cheap.
