Lower level has bedroom (or office/den), bathroom, kitchen, side entrance and access to rear patio. Garage and lower floor provide access to laundry room with modern high-efficiency appliances. All appliances are electric and all lights were upgraded to LED. A door at the base of the stairs can be locked to separate the floors. Rent includes water, garbage collection, high-speed internet and landscaping. Tenants are to pay electricity. RESTRICTIONS The downstairs living quarters are to remain unfurnished and are reserved by owner for visits a few times a year, to conduct or oversee repairs, as the downstairs bathroom (not pictured) is gutted and requires restoration. Owner may need to leave a car in the garage or parked near the street for such visits. Tenants may enter these quarters to reach the laundry, garage, patio or for maintenance (e.g. A/C filter change) but should not store personal items in, nor use these quarters as livable/guest space, without owner's approval.
