New 40 year roof- 2008 New exterior paint/gutters-2008 Neighborhood Description We have the best neighborhood. We have a lot of families with elementary. middle school and some high school aged kids. We have block parties year round. We schedule dinner nights for the neighborhood and we have a girls night out three times a year for neighborhood women! We are close to walking paths and close to downtown- walk with the family to eat on Friday night! All around fabulous!
