This centrally heated and air conditioned apartment is on the third floor of a renovated mill building. The exposed brick and wood beam ceilings provide a warm, cozy feel. The layout is on two levels with the dining room and kitchen on the upper level and the living room and bedrooms on the lower level (three steps down). The kitchen is fully-applianced with a frost-free refrigerator, self-cleaning range, microwave range hood, dishwasher and disposal. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath and the second bedroom has its bath just outside the bedroom door. On-site laundry and up to two parking spaces (depending on occupancy). Total move-in costs are application fee of $30, first month's rent and one month's security deposit. We allow pets but there is an upfront non refundable charge of $250 (due upon acceptance of pet and pet amendment) plus $50 additional rent per pet per month. One year minimum. Start a lease and get approved by November 15 and receive 1/2 months free. The credit will be applied to second months rent.
