This centrally air conditioned very unique loft-style apartment is located on the first and second floors of Factory Square, a secure, renovated mill building. The apartment is approximately 1300 sf, has loads of exposed brick, some wood beam ceilings and a skylight that provides a warm, cozy feel. The loft-style MBR is on the upper level and the LR/DR, kitchen and two bedrooms are on the lower level. The MBR has its own full bath(with tub and shower) and the other bedrooms share a full bath (shower only), located just outside the bedroom doors. Past residents have typically used the third bedroom (all brick), which includes a loft area, as a bonus room with loft office space, additional storage and or work studio. The kitchen is fully-applianced with a frost-free refrigerator, self-cleaning range, microwave range hood, dishwasher and disposal. The kitchen and bath floors are tiled and the balance of the apartment has wall-to-wall carpeting. Up to two parking spaces are provided for residents on the lease. The on-site laundry is on the second floor, directly accessible from the MBR. Total move-in costs are an application fee of $30.00, the first month's rent and one month's rent as security deposit. We allow pets under 40lbs. but there is an up-front pet charge of $250 plus $50 of additional rent per month per pet. We apologize for this policy but have learned from experience. 1 Year lease term.
