There is also an AC unit available in summer months. Large windows allow plenty of natural light in apartment but there are also existing shades for privacy. There is a basement with a washer and dryer and extra storage for skis or bikes. We take care of winter snow removal, salt and sand. BBQ, table and chairs in back garden or front garden.
