This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex with a bonus room. Our section is on the back half of the house and has a small enclosed yard. One bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen are upstairs and the second bedroom, laundry / storage room and a "bonus room" are downstairs. This place is PET FRIENDLY!! Rent includes pet fee and internet. One dog small to medium sized preferred. Tenants are responsible for gas + electricity. Place will be completely unfurnished when we move out. The unfurnished pictures are from when we first moved in to get an idea of the space without furniture. To move in, tenants are required to pay first and last months rent. Last months rent will count as your security deposit. You would be taking over our lease starting February 1st. Earlier can be arranged if needed. Our lease technically ends in April, but you would be able to resign for a full year after that. Rent includes internet and pet fee. Tenant responsible for gas and electric utilities.
