Shared spaces between the main home and the in law tenant are: laundry area, numerous backyard amenities of fire pit, barbeque, fenced in veggie garden, and large chicken coop with fenced in run (no chickens currently but this space could be used for an outdoor dog, rabbit(s), or tenants are welcome to raise chickens, too! All basic utilities are included with the home for the set additional cost of $150 per month: electric, trash/recycling/compost, water from whole home filtration system, septic, lawn mowing services, and high speed internet via Spectrum Wifi (yes - zoom conference calls and high speed streaming with ease).
