There are plenty of community activities in the close surrounding areas such as sports, the arts, etc... The neighborhood is nice and kept up for the most part, and while it is within 5 minutes of the I-20, it is far enough away that the traffic is not a problem on the roads, nor is there a lot of audible noise from it. Shopping and major restaurants are located within 15 minutes, and this home is located just 35 minutes outside of Atlanta, 20 minutes from Six Flags, and there are many excellent hospitals close by. It is a wonderful area to live in!
