Rent is $1150/month (willing to negotiate slightly), and parking is free in the complex's parking lots. The building has its own fitness center and outdoor grill area. It's one block from the bus lines and a less than 10 minute drive to downtown. The building is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, but only 6 blocks away is the bustling nightlife of southside bars and clubs.
