This house needs a water-catch system and minor fix-ups, and this becomes a sublimely beautiful getaway. I lived in that spot for ten years and would live there now, if not for my cancer diagnosis. If you value serenity this place is very good...not for little kids in my opinion. I'd love to see someone enjoying that home as much as I did. I would add a $5000.00 price reduction to a serious buyer to make minor repairs.
