This 3 Bed/ 2 Full Bath Mobile Home located in the Village of Van-Etten provides your family with a spacious place to live near everything in the village of Van Etten, including being a 3 minute walk to the S-VE Elementary School! The entire inside of the home is brand new. This home includes washer and dryer hookups in a separate laundry room and an open floor plan. It is approximately 900 square feet so it feels spacious but is small enough to keep energy costs to a minimum. No Pets. No smoking. Rent is $1000, plus gas and electric (Propane heat). Utilities included are mowing, snowplowing, garbage, water, and sewer. Security deposit of $1,000, plus first month's rent of $1,000, as well as a month-to-month lease will be required ($2,000 total upon move-in). Applicant will be required to provide credit and background checks at their own expense. A minimum monthly household income of $4,000 will be required for consideration and verification of income will be done through the application process. We recently acquired Creekview Mobile Home Park which this home sits in. It is an 8 unit park, with 7 full-time residents. We will continue on with the last owner's vision to update and improve the quality of Creekview Mobile Home Park. In addition to making physical improvements to the property, going forward we will ensure this community remains a place where tenants will have a safe and clean place to live.
