Beautiful two level, pet friendly studio. First month free! Looking to transfer my lease for a large two level studio in Somerville. Bedroom on first floor, kitchen and workspace on second floor. Pet friendly (yes, including *all types* of dogs with no weight restriction!) and no additional fee for pets. Nice fenced in backyard. Coin-op laundry in building. I signed on for a year lease (9/1/20-8/31/21) but am looking to leave due to a change in personal circumstances since signing the lease back in June. Move in is possible anytime, lease runs through 8/31/21. I am looking for someone who can stay for the entire lease (no sublets). Landlord allows one dog and prefers single occupancy. Utilities are split three ways (split with the tenants from the other unit). No broker fee.
