The home was structurally remodeled in 1989. The entire living, dining, kitchen, office, den/bedroom, utility, bathroom and deck were newly built. The bedrooms and bathrooms were gutted and redone. The covered front porch was added and the entire house was upgraded to new roof, windows, doors and exterior upgrade wood look siding and finishes. In 2017, the rear deck was completely removed and redone in maintenance-free materials.
