This home is in the heart of Shawnee, in a wonderful location, close to Will Rogers Elementary School. This home has hardwood floors, fenced in yard, and good cabinet space with an open floor plan. We prefer a 2 year lease. The deposit is the same as the rent of the home. We require tenants to have income 3 times the rent coming into the home per month. We do accept pets, but we do not accept pit bulls. There is an extra $300 non-refundable pet deposit. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Once someone turns in a paid application, we prefer tenant be able to sign lease within 1-2 weeks.
