The Seven Courts Community is a large, quiet townhome community in Perry Hall. The community has a lot of open space and grassy common areas. The community is mostly comprised of tudor style homes. Homes were built in the late 70's and are some of the largest townhomes in the Parkville/Perry Hall area. End of group homes are 1400+ sq. ft while inside homes are 1200+ sq. ft (which does not include the basement) with large yards. HOA dues are reasonable at about $127 per quarter and cover maintenance to common areas, water bills, snow removal, etc. The community is close to I-695, I-95, White Marsh, parks, libraries, and Gunpowder Falls State Park-Big Gunpowder Falls Section.
