You can even see the snowy peaks of Mt. Washington on a clear day. The fiery sunsets with an array of rainbow colors can be enjoyed as you listen to the waves lapping on the beach. TEIA sailing/tennis club is just a short stroll down the beach. What's also appealing is the grocery store, library, restaurants, post office and shops are only a short distance from the house.
