The carpets are freshly cleaned and the hardwood floors are gleaming. This home is has easy access to Kirkwood Highway, just minutes away from shops and restaurants. We do not do private individual showings, but we do provide open houses for the public to view the home. This is a go and show property. Feel free to have your agent show you the home at the time of your choosing if you cannot make it to an open house. To qualify for this rental, each adult (18 and up) that will be living in the home must completely fill out an application. Each adult must provide 30 days of pay stubs, 30 days of bank statement, and a copy of driver's license/photo ID. A non-refundable credit application fee is $40.00 per applicant made out to 302 Properties, LLC. Have everything together in an envelope when you turn it in. Please double check.
