The bathroom is just fully renovated and really nice. It is on a six acre wooded parcel that is nice to explore and has a big front yard and nice fire pit on the side of the house too, next to the woods, which is a great place to hang when the weather is good. There is a garage too. One of the best things about this cabin is the location, just a short walk to the Platte River, about a mile from St. Ambrose meadery, 40 minutes by car to the center of TC, and an easy drive to the Sleeping Bear Dunes and Crystal Lake and all the attractions of Benzie County, including the Honor Family Market which is a great locally owned grocery store. Prefer a 12 month lease. First and last month rent paid up front and security deposit. Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
