There are ATV/ORV and snowmobile trails nearby. Lakes, Rivers and state land close to explore and fish. I am told there is an underground phone line so internet may be possible. There is electricity so you can cook and gas to keep you warm but you will need to bring your own water. Comes fully furnished with a full-size bed, pull out sofa, dishes, beautiful Hickory cabinets, the kitchen sink and a deluxe outhouse! Sorry but the Mounts and a couple other items will not be staying.
