The community has many amenities including heated pool and spa all year around, gym, and a fancy community space. You are only a 5min drive away from Walmart, LifeTime/F45/Corepower, Flatiron Mall, and many other trails around the area. The complex is close to an airport but it was never loud or bothering (I work from home). Rent is $1212 and utility plus internet is around $100 The apartment complex helps pay for water, gas, sewer, trash; these will be included in the monthly charge with the rent and other admin fees. Renter will set up Xcel and internet on their own (which has been set up just needs to transfer). The apartment requires renters insurance (just needs to transfer). Garage parking will require additional fees, but open parking is available. The current lease goes until Sept 26, 2025.
