She is usually gone during the day at work. The bathroom has a bathtub, and your own linen closet to yourself. The bedroom also has large windows where you can see the mountain view. The apartment has stainless steel appliances, in unit dryer and washer, large kitchen island, dishwasher, and granite countertops. The apartment also comes with a balcony. The community has many amenities including heated pool and spa all year around, gym, and a fancy community space. If you have pets, they have a dog park, dog spa, and an absolutely stunning trail straight across the street with the direct view of the mountains. Plus!! You are only a 5min drive away from Walmart, LifeTime/F45/Corepower, Flatiron Mall, and many other trails around the area. The complex is close to an airport but it was never loud or bothering (I work from home). Rent is $1212 and utility plus internet is around $100 The apartment complex helps pay for water, gas, sewer, trash; these will be included in the monthly charge with the rent and other admin fees. Renter will set up Xcel and internet on their own (which has been set up just needs to transfer). The apartment requires renters insurance (just needs to transfer).
