Minutes from Lake Eufaula, our home has million dollar views in 3 directions--hills and trees, a pond and trees, as well as a pastoral scene with the lake in the distance. We have about 20 trees on our fenced acre. We are 7 mi. W of Eufaula on paved roads. In '09, we replaced the roof, all windows and storm doors, both baths, most light fixtures and more. All of the appliances are Sears' products and we recently renewed the warranties for another year, which is transferable to new owners, if they want to keep them. I particularly like the step-in shower with cultured marble, which is pretty and easy to keep clean as well as a shower curtain--no hard-to-clean shower door!
