This is a side back house Brand new floors and paint very beautiful home nice and cozy nice house located in a nice neighborhood nice side yard this property is for a couple or for 3 persons big restroom must come out and see there is no laundry facilities but there is a laundry mat very close by and there is plenty of street parking FYI if you look on google maps it's not the big house it's the side house and please do not disturb my other tenants thanks I only make appointments on the week ends since I don't live close by or during the week from 3-5 with a 2 hour notice it's a year to year lease contract bills are included no smoking is allowed at all in the home you are in charge of keeping the property clean from waste & minor clean up there are other tenants on the property but are very nice ,no pets allowed renter is responsible for taking out and putting in there own trash can
