There can be a monthly standard cleaning of common living areas which will incur a monthly cleaning fee as well, upon request. Deposit of $2500 is required upon signing and first month's rent is to be paid 3 days prior to move in. No smoking is allowed. We require a 30 day notice if tenant wishes to extend the lease.
