Dogs are allowed with a pet deposit of $350 per each pet, non-refundable. No Cat's please. Move-In funds to include first month's rent, plus a security deposit equal to one month's rent, plus any applicable pet deposits. We require a minimum net income, after all deductions are taken out, of $7,500 per month. Your take-home net income will be calculated using the combined income of all family members living in the home. If Your FICO is 650 or Higher - you must have 12-months on the SAME job If Your FICO is between 625 & 650 - you must have at least 24-months on the SAME job. We are the Property Owner.
