Pet rent is $25 per pet, per month. A pet picture is required. And interview is required for each canine that is to live within the community. Management reserves the right to deny any animal, at any time, for reasons including: aggression, behavior issues, etc. It is the applicant's responsibility to check with Management before bringing pet onto premises.
