Sellers work transfer is your gain! Since sellers purchased home, they have added laminate floors, travertine and carpet. Replaced kitchen cabinets, sink and added stone counter tops. All bathrooms have newer cabinets, sinks and fixtures. They replaced all doors interior and exterior. Windows were replaced as was the furnace, AC and all duct work. Stainless appliances including washer and dryer stay with the home! Unit overlooks pool area so very nice all the way around! Too much to list! Must see.
