It is secluded but only 15 minutes from Palm Springs. It is not a typical house in a typical area. I suggest if you are considering this house, to call me or text me to see it or drive by. Some people love this area, others wouldn't like to be here. I am hoping to find someone that appreciates the wilderness and the canyon. Other things to consider are that the house is on well water, septic and it does get internet and cell reception, but are not the best.
