The large backyard has a covered porch, fruit and avocado trees, large area for gardening, bbq grill, sofas and is pretty much the common hang out area. Basically we are looking for a single occupancy tenant who is friendly and easy to get along with us and our cats (sorry - NO dogs will be considered).
