Adorable ''Katrina Cottage'' on large lot (75 x 120) less than 300 ft from the beach. If you're unfamiliar with these cottages, the Katrina Cottages was the brain child of a couple of talented architects in response to the substandard FEMA trailers that were used to house families following Hurricane Katrina. These cottages are constructed in a large warehouse in weather controlled conditions and transported to the site where they are set on a foundation. These cottages are classified as standard ''stick built'' homes but because they are transported from the factory to the site, they are required to meet building standards that EXCEED the standards had the home been built on site. Because of the diversity and quality of these cottages, they have become a huge part of the Tiny Hou Movement.
