Tenant will notify Landlord in advance if Tenant will be away from the premises for ___7___ or more consecutive days. 12. No animal, bird, or other pet will be kept on the premises, except properly trained service animals needed by blind, deaf, or disabled persons and no more than 2 dogs or 2 cats in accordance with Paragraph 23 of Lease Agreement, or any combination thereof under the following conditions: Dogs and cats must be properly house broken/litter trained. Dogs must be crated when landlord needs access to home. Tenant must keep the grounds and street free of all animal waste. Tenant's pet(s) must be well-behaved and under Tenant's control at all times and will not pose a threat or apparent threat to the safety of neighbors, their guests or other people on or near the premises.
