In the main home, there is a master bedroom with king size bed and full bath, another bedroom with queen bed, and a walk out basement with a bunk bed, as well as a 2nd full bath. Additionally there is a studio guest house detached from the main home with a queen size bed and full bathroom. The hot tub that sits at the edge of the lake. The home is conveniently located less than a mile from numerous hiking and mountain biking trails, yet only minutes from Kalispell's historic downtown, and has quick access to the bypass highway to go north or south of Kalispell. Owner pays for water, electricity, and snow removal. No pets or smoking allowed. Parking is free on site with room for up to 3 vehicles. Available from November 2, 2021 to April 30, 2022. It is available for a 30 day minimum, and we charge a cleaning fee of $250 total for the end of your stay.
