Need to have great references background report credit report 5 yrs rental history 5yrs job history all verified. Must be responsible and respectful to my neighbors. Newer appliances lawn mower provided must keep yard up and gutters clean. Also property must be clean. No smoking in house. 1 dog allowed maybe a cat if trained. Thx for looking. Prefer direct deposit for rent payments no checks Must maintain yard blow leaves mow ect.must keep gutters clean no swimming pools. Must respect neighbors.
