Nation’s Finest and Veterans Housing Development Corporation (VHDC) have teamed up with the City of Oroville to Provide Affordable Housing to Veterans. The Oroville Veteran Housing Project is a development of owner-occupied houses for veterans. We are looking for veterans who are qualified for this assistance program. Through case management and no-cost housing classes, veterans with lower credit scores can still qualify. We live in an area that has been greatly affected by a housing shortage which was intensified by the wildfires. Now we are also experiencing major housing price increases in an already tight market. These homes meet all modern standards and codes while remaining accessible to lower-income veterans. This program is made possible by partnership with the City of Oroville, American Red Cross and CalVet along with our construction partners Experts in Your Home.
