Payment of the 1st month by credit card at reservation via Stripe, our secure payment method. Payment of the following months (if any) on the 15th of each month. The security deposit is placed as a hold (Not a charge) 2 days prior to checkout, and it is released after 7 days, provided that there was no violation of our house rules, or damage in the apartment.
