The kitchen also includes ample cookware, dishes, serving and eating utensils, coffee and tea. It offers a serene, stylish moody environment for work, and/or rest! There is enough space to do your yoga or your pilates, or rent a portable gym that we bring to your apartment prior to check-in! LOCATION: This property is located in West End, at walking distance from Centennial Park, the Parthenon, Vanderbilt University and Medical Center, and Sylvan Park, and a short ride to Hillsboro Village, Music Row, Belmont, The Nations, 12 South, The Gulch. We are located 9 min away from Broadway. COVID MEASURES: Our 5-star housekeeping company is in compliance with CDC regulations and guidelines. Each apartment and all common areas are professionally cleaned and disinfected, keeping in mind your health and safety by using toxic-free cleaning products. We provide hand sanitizer in the common areas as well as your unit, as well as contactless locks. ALL INCLUDED! Payment of the 1st month by credit card at reservation via Stripe, our secure payment method. Payment of the following months (if any) on the 15th of each month. The security deposit is placed as a hold (Not a charge) 2 days prior to checkout, and it is released after 7 days, provided that there was no violation of our house rules, or damage in the apartment.
