Animal deposit of $350 is required. - No smoking is allowed on the premises. If smoking does occur on the premises, Guest may be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property. - Due to neighborhood restrictions, parties and/or events are not allowed in this home.
