Cozy and cute apartment in downtown Mount Lebanon. Awesome location! Walk right out your door to take a stroll down Washington Rd for some coffee or some tacos on a Friday night. Go for a jog around the neighborhood. Take the T to the city for Arts Fest and ride the T right back home. This place is the perfect jump off point for anyone who wants to experience the best of Mount Lebanon. This is a lower level apartment. You might consider it a basement apartment, but as you can see from the windows it's not subterranean. There's laundry on site too. There's no parking available on the property. You would have to get a lease from the city of Mount Lebanon. They run about $90/month for 24 hour access and $45/month for overnight access. There is metered street parking out front, but I don't think you can park there overnight.
