Owners will arrange pest control and lawn care. The home is being lived-in by owners until early June 2020. Due to COVID-19 concerns, we will restrict in-person viewing to serious prospective tenants only and ask that face-masks be worn as we interact. We can schedule video tours and send photos as needed. The photos in this listing represent what the home looks like unfurnished. At this time, the home is furnished and will appear so during tours. $1000 security deposit, first month's rent, and pet deposit (if applicable) are due at move-in. 12-month lease required.
