Each unit is fully furnished, includes all utilities, smart tv, and internet service, with off street parking and offers on-site free laundry facility. The cottages are centrally located off a quiet street, but within minutes of all amenities Sheridan has to offer. Pets are negotiable. Rental Agreement states no pets, but possible supplemental pet agreement available. There is a small yard, but no fence.
