    I prefer to not have your realtor call me. I do not want to pay your realtor 3% to do nothing. This is not a fancy home, I am a single mom with no one to do repairs for me. It is a wonderful place if you can see it. I have just had foundation repaired, and roof was inspected and is good, HVAC was inspected and is good, working on making pool look pretty! I am trying to put down new flooring asap and paint entire downstairs. The house is not the jewel... the land is. Make me a genuine offer, I am reasonable. It is a very up and coming area with the new toll way so close and the new college being built, strip malls will be 5 miles away, but still have the country living. Very quiet and no traffic, the house is at a dead end. Remember you are paying for a large insulated shop concrete floors, a 20,000 gallon pool with diving board, 10 acres of land 4 bdroom, 2 bath, sunroom, fireplace, and apartment/game room with a balcony. Pier and beam, veneer brick, fireplace, sun room, large game room with balcony, 30x40 shop, barn, small cinder block building, extra covered parking for farm equipment, swimming pool, 75% fenced in. All located on 10 acres, approximately 7.5 in Johnson county and 2.5 in Tarrant county. Replaced pump on pool 2016, 30 yr shingles put on 2003, replaced hot water heater few years ago, there are plenty of things wrong with this house but it is quiet and beautiful with a little TLC, nice pine tree in front, couple of evergreen trees in front, has 4 crepe myrtles and 2 mimosa trees, and peach trees. Plenty of flowering greenery. Has an old barn out back with its own electric meter, there is also a cinder block building next to the barn. The house is just too much for me any longer. The mineral rights are not available with the house. I will not finance!
