We are two guys, one UCI Grad student and a recent UCI graduate sharing a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in Dartmouth Court UTC living room and kitchen are furnished (with a TV and XBOX). You would just need to get your own bed. We are looking for two new roommates(we have found 1) to renew a 12 month lease starting from 14th Aug '15. There will be a total of 4 people in the house, with 2 people sharing a bedroom. This place is about 50 steps away from trader joe's , in and out and a bunch other eating have two free parking spots, of which one is available. There is also 72 hour free street parking right opposite the apartment so finding parking is not a big also have access to community jacuzzi, pool, clubhouse etc. Both bedrooms have just enough space for two twin sized beds and two - three tables/cabinets. The master bedroom has a walk in closet, and the second bedroom has two closets (one large and small).If 4 people share the place the rent is $667 + Utilities($30). We would prefer only 4 people, but can possibly get a 5th if everyone in the master bedroom is okay with it, then the rent would be $533.
