Furnished room / floor in townhome for rent The townhome is 3 stories, the first story being where the room & attached bathroom are located. The second story being the living room and kitchen. The third story is where my bed room and the washer / dryer are. We can schedule time for you to use the Kitchen, Washer and Dryer, but would like for my primary living space to be on the top 2 floors, and rent out the bottom floor. Street parking is available. Wifi and utilities are included in rent. I will also provide the basics - toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, towels, paper towels, etc. I am renting the room furnished with: A queen bed, pillows, and linens, a bedside table and lamp, a tv with roku, a desk with a monitor and charging strip, and a space heater. The townhome is cleaned every other Tuesday professionally. The townhome has keypad entry. I have a dog that lives with me in my home - very, very friendly, but no other pets allowed due to this. Deposit would just be the exit cleaning fee of $200, and I would just need a week's notice for exit. For a tour, a rental application must be submitted. Please reach out for an application.
