Property is in the heart of the Del Mar Parkway neighborhood near Town Center and Anschutz Campus. King Soopers is within walking distance. Home does have heating and cooling. Washer and dryer is shared and available for free. Kitchenette does not have oven, but access to oven is available upon request. Microwave, induction hot plate, and mini fridge are available. Large refrigerator is available in adjacent room in shared laundry area. Credit and background check is required. Upon application, copy of photo ID is required. If you have limited or no credit history, accommodations can be made with 12-month history for 2 utility bills (e.g. internet, cell, electric, water, etc.). The following utilities are included: electric, water, trash, and internet. Maximum of 2 animals is allowed. Cats, dogs, and rabbits are REQUIRED to be neutered or spayed with supporting paperwork rom a licensed veterinarian. Refundable pet deposit of $400/per pet. Must pick up after dogs in the yard and must not be a danger to other dogs as yard will be shared.
