Looking for a relaxing vacation for 1-3 months waterside? Need a home base while relocating to Florida? If so, this waterfront 2 bed/1 bath fully furnished home with large yard, covered deck over the water with dock, and double carport could BE IT! Our family enjoys relaxing at this property and now offers it to others when we are not using it. We do require a lease for the term not to exceed 3 months but would consider month to month after that. Across the water is a wildlife sanctuary and exotic birds and others don't always know that. We even have a protected gopher tortoise that took up residence. We respect our wildlife; therefore no pets please. No swimming from the property but plenty of places nearby. There's also a place to catch the Withlacoochee bike trail just down the road. Have a small boat, kayak or canoe? Tie up at your own dock. Check out the photos! They say it all. Renter is responsible for electric and water and is expected to pay bill when presented or have deducted from deposit. You pay for what you use. No smoking allowed.
