A farm table, a smaller dining table, and countertop seating are perfect for enjoying meals and fellowship with your group. The bedrooms in this home are large, with the first featuring three double beds, the second and third each with two double beds, and the last bedroom with a queen bed. Outside, a charcoal grill is available year-round, and the above-ground saltwater pool is open seasonally. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Located in Briarwood in the midtown area, this home is just a short drive from downtown. While some guests have expressed concerns about the neighborhood, we believe it is great and have never experienced any security issues. If you have concerns, we are happy to discuss them before booking. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. This home is located in a residential area with quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, your reservation may be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and other events require prior approval. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. A signed rental agreement is required, and guests must be at least 21 years old to book. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided, as there is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
