Whats not to love about this home! The large corner lot, two driveways - one has a double carport and the other driveway enters through a drive through gate to the rear yard to a 16 1/2 X 32 free standing garage or workshop. When you enter through the front door you immediately feel at home. The home has a very nice living room or great room which overlooks into the dining room. Both areas are well lit with natural sunlight coming from front and rear windows. There is also a wonderful large family room/gathering room or could be used for a bonus room for the kids or grown ups. The three bedrooms are a nice size with plenty of storage/ closet space in each room. The kitchen has a lot of cabinet space and is large enough for a table too. The kitchen even has a gas free standing stove. If that's not enough - the black granite countertops with the stainless steel double bowl deep sink and pull out kitchen faucet is enough to wow you and complete the kitchen. The floors throughout the home are the original beautiful hardwood. The bathroom floor is tile and the kitchen is a great neutral linoleum. All the wall colors are very neutral and soothing to the eyes. The back yard with the large tree and swings hanging from the limbs creates a sense of ambience along with the large patio make for a great space to entertain family and friends. Don't let this one get away! As I said, "What's not to love about this home!"
