8 month lease fora great apartment ! Furnished and fabulous 1 bedroom/1 bath, 2nd floor apartment with an attached 1-car garage with remote and great storage. The apartment has great natural light with water and mountain views in Broomfield, Colorado 80021. 10 miles to Boulder and 15 minutes to downtown Denver with easy access to highway 36, highway 93, or Wadsworth. There is plentiful shopping and dining is next door at the Flatirons Shopping Mall. Eldora Mountain skiing is only 45 minutes away. Whole Foods in Westminster or Superior are close by as is a new King Soopers Grocery store on Indiana street. You will be taking over my lease from June 1 - January 24, 2021 and you will need to apply with the apartment leasing office for a $25 fee. The rent is $1664 per month for 8 months with option to renew your lease with the leasing office after that. Available June 1 an 8-month lease term. June 1, 2020 to January 24 2021. The $250 deposit can be waived. You will need to fill out some paperwork with the leasing office as you are taking over my lease. The rent can be paid online and the leasing office adds water and trash fees on from the apartment management so the monthly total is usually about $1703 per month. The apartment can be furnished - that is up to you. If you have pets you will need to sign a pet addendum with the leasing office and pay any associated pet fees if you do. The furniture is only a few months old it would include a king bed with tempurpedic-brand mattress that has always as a mattress protector on it, side tables with cubbies, table lamps and there is a spacious walk-in closet. Fully stocked kitchen with cutlery, dishes, pots and pans. There is a good sized pantry, side by side washer and dryer in a separate laundry room with hanging storage. There is a coat closet by the front door and a storage closet on the deck for suitcases, etc. The deck includes an outdoor dining table with 2 chairs. The living room has a flat screen TV, large sofa, coffee table and dining table with 2 chairs. Two sets of sheets are included with the king bed as well two king-sized pillows. Xcel Energy (electric) and optional Xfinity (internet, cable) are your responsibility. This is a fabulous apartment with great front range and water views that is spacious and convenient. It's a great way to start in the Denver/Boulder area if you are relocating. If you want it furnished I can leave the furniture here and will pick it up in January or we can negotiate leaving it longer if you renew your lease after January 2021.
