The Silver City KOA RV Park is conveniently located right outside Silver City, New Mexico and our fully furnished trailers offer a convenient short or long-term home base for those who are working in the area or simply want to explore all that southwest New Mexico has to offer. Lease duration: 1 to 6 months. Longer terms can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Included Utilities: Water, sewer, and garbage are included in the rent. Renter Responsibility: Tenant is responsible for paying electricity and propane. Landlord Responsibility: Routine maintenance and wear-and-tear will be covered by the campground. Occupancy Limits: Rent covers a maximum of two adults and two children. Additional fees apply for extra adults or children. Pet Policy: A pet fee of $100 per month applies. Payments: Rent plus a security deposit are due at check-in. Rent will be due on the same day of each month as the check-in date. No Smoking in trailers or you will lose your deposit. Parking for one vehicle is included. Extra vehicles depend on space and will incur a fee.
